At Lion PC Company, every PC is hand‑built with care, tested for stability, and crafted to deliver long‑lasting performance. We stand behind our work and offer a straightforward warranty to protect your system and give you peace of mind.

1‑Year Limited Labor Warranty

All Lion PC Company builds include a 1‑year labor warranty.

If any part fails or your system develops an issue within the first year, we will diagnose the problem and handle all labor involved in repairing or replacing the component at no cost. Proof of purchase must be shown (email,text, recorded call).

Manufacturer Part Warranties

Every component in your PC comes with its own official manufacturer warranty.

These typically range from 1 to 5 years, depending on the part and brand.

If a part fails, we help you identify the issue and guide you through the replacement process.

30‑Day Free Support

For the first 30 days after delivery, we offer free troubleshooting and support for anything related to your build — software issues, performance problems, setup questions, or anything else you need.

Service Area Coverage

Collin County, Texas:  

• Warranty repairs and diagnostics include in‑person service, pickup, or on‑site support.

Outside Texas:  

• Systems shipped outside Texas are still fully covered by our labor warranty, but customers are responsible for shipping the PC back to us if a repair is needed.

What’s Not Covered

To keep things clear and fair, the warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by the customer

• Liquid damage

• Overclocking‑related failures

• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Software issues caused by third‑party programs or viruses
