How long does it take to build my PC?

Most builds take 3-4 days to build and test and 2-5 weeks for parts to arrive. This depends on part availability and complexity.

High‑end or custom‑spec systems may take a little longer.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes — if you live in Collin County, Texas, we offer:

• Delivery

• Full setup

• Driver + Windows optimization

Do your PCs come with Windows installed?

Yes. Every system includes:

• Windows 11 installed

• Drivers updated

• Basic optimization

• Windows will need to be activated by the customer unless requested in the order.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every build includes a 1‑year Lion PC Company warranty covering:

• Hardware issues

• Defective parts

• Build‑related problems

Individual components may also have manufacturer warranties.

Can I request a custom build?

Absolutely.

Use the Order page to submit your custom build interest form. The  form is located on the models page.

Professional Series and AI Workstation orders should be made through email.

Do you offer upgrades or repairs?

Yes. We can upgrade:

• RAM

• Storage

• GPU

• Cooling

• Power supplies

We also offer diagnostics and repair services for local customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Credit/debit cards

• Cash (local orders)

• Zelle

• PayPal

Do you ship outside Collin County?

Not yet — we currently focus on local builds and local support to ensure the best quality and service.

Can I see my PC being built?

Yes — we can send build photos or short videos upon request.

What if I don’t know what parts I need?

No problem.

Just tell us your budget and what you’ll use the PC for, and we’ll recommend the best parts for your needs.
