1. You Submit a Build Request and Set up A Consultation Call

You start by sending us a request for a preset build or a fully custom system and we set up a free consultation call or meeting to discuss your needs.

2. We Check Stock & Current Prices

Once we receive your request, we immediately check real‑time part availability and updated pricing. This ensures your quote is accurate based on the current market.

3. We Send a Finalization Message

After confirming parts and pricing, we contact you by email, text, or call with:

• Final part list

• Final price

• Estimated build time

• Delivery or shipping details

You approve everything before we begin.

4. You Pay to Begin the Build

Because every PC is made to order, payment is required before we purchase any parts. This locks in your build and reserves your components.

5. We Build & Test Your PC

We hand‑assemble your entire system with clean cable management, optimized airflow, and full stability testing. Every PC is built with care — never rushed, never mass‑produced.

6. Delivery, Setup, or Shipping

We offer two delivery options depending on your location:

Collin County, Texas:  

• We personally deliver your PC and complete full in‑home installation, including Windows setup/activation, drivers, updates, and peripheral connection.

Outside Texas:  

• We safely package and ship your PC to your address. Installation is not included for out‑of‑county orders, but the system arrives fully ready to use.
