All orders within colin county are hand shipped. Other orders will be processed between 1 day to multiple weeks.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Custom PC Orders

Custom-built PCs are non-refundable once assembly begins. If canceled before assembly, a partial refund fee may be issued.

Component Returns

Unopened components may be returned within 14 days.

Defective Products

If your PC arrives defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We will repair or replace the defective part at no cost

Restocking Fees

Returned components may incur a 15% or the component's value restocking fee.
